The Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) MIMAROPA Region implements a work from home arrangement starting March 17 as it temporarily closes its regional office based in Ermita, Manila amid the threat of the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.

This is in compliance with the Memorandum Circular issued by the Office of the President through Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, and Civil Service Commission Announcement No. 13 series of 2020, providing guidelines for the work arrangement of government agencies in view of the declaration of enhanced community quarantine over the entire Luzon.

The work from home scheme shall be from March 17 to April 13, 2020, or until the enhanced community quarantine has been lifted.
